It's airplane day today.

I love this plane.

It is amphibious, it lands on water and your local runway.

A girl can dream.

(and paint planes for fun)

Jimmy Buffett owned one of these planes 

and he put it into the sea off of Nantucket.

Then he bought the larger version - 

I think that was a Grumman Otter?

I loaned out my copy of "A Pirate Looks at 50" and it wasn't returned so I guess that I will just guess.
